About this course
Move to Thrive offers gentle, intuitive movement, not fitness or choreography, but a supportive space to reconnect with your body, release stress, and feel more like yourself again.
A space to shift from overthinking into sensing, and from tension into ease.
Sessions begin with grounding and breath, flow into free-form movement for emotional release, and close with a joyful, Indian-inspired community dance. Move at your own pace, whether soft, playful, expressive, or still.
All bodies and abilities welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. This course is for women, those who identify as women, and gender diverse individuals.
Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and connected to your body and sense of joy.
