Minding: A Meditation Journey

  • Centre for Better Health 1a Darnley Road London (map)

About this course

Do you feel stressed or want to find calm in life’s chaos?

Minding is an award-winning 8-week meditation course designed to help you build a lasting mindfulness practice and find greater calm, clarity, and connection in daily life.

Each week we cover a different theme - from cultivating calm and building the meditation habit, to soothing stress and anxiety, softening the inner critic, building resilience and the vivid awareness practice.

One of the hardest parts of meditation is making it a habit. This process is designed to help you bring mindfulness into your life — in a way that will make it stick when the course is over.

How it works

🧘‍♂️ Weekly sessions — Join Monty, the course creator, for teacher-led group sessions. Together, we explore mindfulness in a supportive community where you can share and learn.

📱 Daily practice on the Minding app — Access guided meditations and reflections that evolve throughout the course.

💬 Group support — Join our private Telegram group, where Monty offers ongoing guidance as you build your meditation habit.

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, Minding blends structure and flexibility — helping you move through life with more balance, focus, and compassion.

You’ll learn techniques backed by research, shaped by experience, and shared with care — not just to build a habit, but to deepen your clarity, calm and connection as you move through life.

About your tutor

Monty began his mindfulness journey 16 years ago, after a personal loss led him to a Buddhist temple in London — an experience that transformed his life.
He has since trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and spent the past eight years training MBCT teachers and working with therapists, coaches, and NHS teams to bring mindfulness into everyday life.

He created Minding to make mindfulness truly accessible — combining ancient wisdom with modern tools, offering a course that’s simple to follow, deeply human, and built with care.
