About this course
Therapeutic Art Making offers a welcoming space to explore creativity, process and play. Each session begins with a guided exploration of a particular approach - painting, working with pastels, shaping clay, or creating collages.
We pay attention to how the body is involved in making, and how movement and awareness influence the creative process. The sessions foster a relaxed atmosphere of experimentation alongside one another. You can be inspired by the creativity of others, exchange ideas and interests, and offer or receive gentle feedback if you wish
